Producer Amit Jani who is going to release the film Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy is in trouble as Salman Khan’s lawyer has served him a legal notice. The lawyer claimed that the case is in pending consideration status in Rajasthan High Court and any such film can hurt the fair court trial.
Back in 1998, Salman Khan faced the famous controversy involving killing of two Black Bucks in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Khan was filming Sooraj Barjatya’s movie Hum Saath Saath Hain with co-star Saif Ali Khan. Salman Khan managed to get out of this case as his driver accepted the responsibility of accidently driving the car over black buck at night. Despite that, Salman Khan stayed in center of controversies especially after the pro Hindutva RSS government that came to power in 2014.
Khan later received death threats from politicians and gangsters especially Lawrence Bishnoi whose Bishnoi gang kept threatening Khan multiple times in the past.
